Many companies with digital products struggle to grow their user base and maintain engagement. Scattered acquisition initiatives, combined with the inability to monitor customers throughout their journey, result in suboptimal activation, revenue, and retention.
This lack of cohesion makes it nearly impossible to build a sustainable growth cycle.
There’s a reason why tech giants like
Amazon,
Uber, and
Meta continue to grow even at their scale. They've perfected their growth loops and are able to connect each customer's experience to metrics that drive business performance. More than that, they leverage constant experimentation to fuel their growth loops.
To build and power these powerful growth loops, tech companies build out growth pods . A growth pod is a diverse team with the capability to ideate and execute experiments internally. This allows them to move fast, and adapt even faster.
However, building out and managing a growth pod is no small feat. Hiring a full time team, consisting of at least a growth lead, developer, designer and data analyst, is time consuming and costly. In addition, setting up a pods 'operating system' and then optimizing workflows is a burdening task.
Notte makes growth accessible to medium-sized companies.
Which types of companies do you service?
Our expertise are industry-agnostic. We look for the following attributes in potential clients:
- B2C and low-touch B2B businesses
- Achieved product-market fit, proven demand. This can be quantified by the flattening of the retention curve (of at least 1 cohort group). We find a golden-opportunity for legacy businesses which have achieved PMF in non-digital channels but have not been able to gain adoption on their digital products/experiences.
- Digital product/experiences already existing
How long is the minimum engagement length?
We follow a 3-months minimum engagement length. We find this gives us just enough to time conduct a few experiment sprints (conduct experiments, gather enough data, and conduct analysis) and begin to create noticeable value.
What exactly differentiates Notte from a legacy digital marketing agency?
Client's tend to see us as an externally run department within their internal org chart, rather than as an outsider agency. We do not execute external projects, but rather setup and operate an internal growth motion.
What if I don't have the necessary data infrastructure in place to enable a growth motion.
Data is the foundation for growth. If during the audit phase we find a gap in the necessary data infrastructure, we create a "prescription" of must be done. With that clients can either choose to build out the infrastructure internally, hire an external agency, or contract us. Once the infrastructure is in place, we can begin the growth engagement.
